Cancellation Policy and Cancellation Form for Consumers<\/h1>\n

\u201eConsumer,\u201c as used in this cancellation policy, means any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their self-employed professional activity.<\/p>\n

Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.<\/p>\n

The cancellation period is 14 days from the date the contract is concluded.<\/p>\n

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Sibylle Janert, An der Au 3, 83324 Ruhpolding, Germany, email address: perspektiven@janert.info<\/span>) <\/span>by providing a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email) regarding your decision to cancel this contract.<\/p>\n

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of your intention to exercise your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.<\/p>\n

In addition to the statutory withdrawal options, consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal using the electronic withdrawal function provided on our website. After submitting the cancellation, the consumer will immediately receive confirmation of receipt of their cancellation notice on a durable medium (e.g., via email).<\/p>\n

Consequences of the Revocation<\/h2>\n

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.<\/p>\n

If you have requested that the service begin during the cancellation period, then you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you notify us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal with respect to this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.<\/p>\n
