\u201cOur daughter had withdrawn from us and we could hardly get close to her. She was increasingly lagging behind children of the same age. There are countless theories, approaches and treatment methods on the subject of autism that you can get lost in. We didn't see the point in treating our autistic daughter using a biological approach, even though she was considered biologically and neurologically healthy by the doctors. When we read about your approach, it made much more sense to us than other long-winded, politically correct explanations. The way you approach the children impressed my wife and I greatly, and we were overjoyed when we observed several times that our daughter was able to make contact with a stranger within two hours.<\/em><\/p>\n

The very first time you visited, our daughter waved goodbye to you. We hadn't seen that for a long time. It was so nice to see it again. When you left, my wife's first comment was: \u201cI don't care how much she costs. She's worth every penny.\u201d Ellena now makes eye contact and is much more balanced. She smiles and laughs at us, and occasionally comes in for a cuddle. She can concentrate on what she is doing and is increasingly interested in her surroundings. Sometimes she even follows our instructions. Our relationship as a family has strengthened as a result. We do more things together and enjoy being together. There's still a long way to go, but at least we feel like the door is now open.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Ich bin Sibylle Janert und arbeite seit \u00fcber 30 Jahren mit Familien, Kindern und Autismus. Als Psychologin habe ich einen beziehungs-orientierten therapeutischen Entwicklungsansatz entwickelt, der Gef\u00fchle und sensorisch-emotionale Geisteszust\u00e4nde als zentral f\u00fcr die Entwicklung von Beziehungen und positive Kommunikation in der Familie ansieht. Ich beobachte die Zunahme von Diagnosen und Aufmerksamkeit rund um das 'Autismus-Wort' seit \u00fcber 30 Jahren von einer unabh\u00e4ngigen Perspektive und bevorzuge den Ausdruck 'autistisch-\u00e4hnlich' als nicht-wertende Beschreibung mit einem Fokus auf die unendlichen individuellen Entwicklungm\u00f6glichkeiten eines jeden Menschen. Ich bin mir sicher, da\u00df Autismus nicht 'ein Etwas oder ein Defekt ist, den das Kind hat'.\u00a0<\/p>\n
